Sonia L. Aranza

Cross-Cultural Environment

If your organization works or relates globally, your people find themselves doing business in a culturally complex cultural marketplace. Learn how to communicate effectively by flexing smoothly to differences and avoiding those “cultural blind spots” that can derail your prospects for success.

Diverse Workforce

Equip your managers with the awareness, fundamental skills, and confidence they need to tap into the power of diversity in your employee group and transform it into a source of competitive advantage. In the process, you will reduce your organization’s potential exposure to legal action in response to a perceived affront.
