As they struggle to collaborate on the project while maintaining high quality and profitability standards, they pause periodically to reflect, reassess and refocus on behaviors that will generate an optimal outcome.


Mitch’s expertise covers leadership development, sales productivity, conflict resolution, creating high performance teams and maximizing human effectiveness. As President of the training company, On the Mark, he specializes in taking small groups up to entire organizations to new levels through the delivery of customized experiential learning programs.

In his earlier corporate experience, Mitch implemented a sales culture within a nationwide network of 140 retail branches at Royal Trust. Also, as Operations Manager for the International Racquet and Fitness Academy sport clubs, he established a sales strategy and operations policy that significantly improved bottom line results.

In preparing for an experiential learning event Mitch demonstrates a remarkable ability to probe deeply in order to gain a clear understanding of the issues and challenges facing the client. This enables him to customize every intervention to address the client organization’s specific, real needs.

Over the last 19 years he has worked with an impressive array of clients in various industries and sectors. These include Kellogg’s–USA/UK/Canada, General Electric, Toronto Dominion Bank, Microsoft, Bell Canada, Bombardier, Standard & Poor’s, British Telecom, American Express, Federal Highway Administration, Research In Motion, Merck, Coca Cola, Holiday Inn, Deloitte.

Mitch lives on Lake Ontario in Toronto. He loves music, good food, warm weather and his Harley Davidson Fat Boy.
